Shipping & Returns

Where Do you Ship?

Simply Zen ships only within Canada (excluding YT, NT, NU, NL, PO Boxes and remote areas). Shipping rates are calculated in real time during checkout based on destination and weight of the package. International Shipping is not available at this time.

Free Shipping

** Orders over $100 (before sales tax and after any promotion or discount) are eligible for free shipping. (*Some exceptions may apply)

** Curbside pick-up at our retail store is available.

** Local Delivery can be available upon request.

Order Processing Times & Order Tracking

All orders typically take 3 to 5 business days to process before they ship, excluding weekends and holidays. An email confirmation with your order tracking number will be sent when your order ships.

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible because it is not always possible once an order has been placed.

We currently use Canada Post for shipping, but not limited to them. Please note that the delivery date is only an estimate and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions and other factors.

Damaged or Missing Products

Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery, and contact us of any product damages or missing items within 24 hours after the parcel is delivered. (simplyzen@live.ca / (905) 529-1998)

You must return the damaged product in order for a refund to be issued. In some cases, a photo is all that is required especially if a product is severely damaged and cannot be shipped back.

Please send your clear photo(s) to simplyzen@live.ca. Simply Zen will issue a return label and once the package has been received by us, we will issue a refund as applicable.  

If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will refund your payment method for the product returned minus the original shipping fees and any additional fees incurred to return the products us.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds, unless the product arrived damaged or was shipped in error.

Your happiness is important, so please reach out to us if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and we can offer you a store credit or exchange. Please return merchandise within 14 days of receipt and ensure the returned parcel has tracking and insurance.

Simply Zen does not accept returns for the following items:
   * Products out of its original packaging
   * All grocery and food products
   * Health and personal care items
   * Clearance and Sale items

Miscellaneous

We are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer directly.

We guarantee that we will not ship any product with less than 30 days remaining before its best before date, with the exception of snack items that will be shipped out with no less than 15 days remaining.

Occasionally an item sells out or may be back ordered.  We are not responsible for any out-of-stock items and cannot guarantee product availability on the website at all times.
